It is that time of year when we celebrate the non-native Japanese Language speakers among us, at least those brave enough to actually stand in front of a crowd and give a speech in that foreign language that is beloved by some of us here, to varying degrees of fluency. It’ll be held at Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA | Google Maps Link) on Saturday the 24th of September 2011 at 2pm.
