Organised by the Japan Tourism Agency, they’re inviting non-Japanese Citizens to submit past and present pictures of Japan according to six themes: Cool!, Delicious!, Happy!, Beautiful!, Funny! and Miracle!.  Submitters don’t have to currently be in Japan, but winners are asked to attend a prize giving ceremony to be held in Japan.  The contest runs from 1st September 2012 until 15th February 2013.  More details here.
